Emanuel is an amazing agent to work with, he was extremely motivated to get me the best deal and understood my needs as a first-time homebuyer. I found him to be very trustworthy and knowledgeable in the real estate market. He was honest and upfront when a property was "too rich" for my budget or not a good idea for putting in an offer because XY&Z. I felt like he had my best interest. He was very responsive to all my questions and walked me through the whole home buying process. He recommended an excellent mortgage lender who made the home loan process seamless. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a realtor!

Emanuel made the process of selling our home extremely stress free. His expertise and familiarity with his market are what instilled confidence in us. He guided us through the purchase of our home and years later his professionalism was on display when he sold for us , even in a challenging market. I recently lost my wife to cancer and Emanuel took control of the sale and managed everything while I was in mourning. He has my complete confidence and will always be my go to realtor.

E has now helped us with 2 putchases. Life circumstances, a crazy/rapidly changing market and we did not make it easy on him this time around, but E stuck with us and helped us secure the perfect place.

His experience was extremely useful in helping navigate the seemingly unprecedented times. He was able to negotiate with the seller and saved us thousands of dollars of cash to close.

For anyone looking for a new agent, we would highly recommend E if your looking in Oakland and the east bay.

Emanuel is top notch. When we started working with him over a year ago to plan our move from Chicago to the East Bay, we knew we were in excellent hands. Not only is Emanuel super knowledgeable about the areas, but he took the time to get to know us and our desires in a home/area. He took that information and made incredible recommendations based on that.. he never would "push his own agenda", and was very honest about properties that would or wouldn't suit our family. Coming from out of state, this was very important since we weren't familiar with homes out here and the East bay in general when we moved out here. We ended up in the perfect home, which is a true testament to Manoli's guidance and work! I would recommend him to every single person I know who is either buying or selling a home. I feel so lucky to have gotten the chance to know and work with Manoli - he's all around "good people" and is stellar at his job.

Emmanuel is the absolute best. Not only does he know all of the areas in which we looked like the back of his hand, but he also has such deep knowledge of all the components of a home (structurally and otherwise). Additionally, he works harder than any one I've seen in the business, he's very straightforward and focused on getting his clients what is ultimately the best house for them, and he is a pro at navigating all of the various parties involved in the purchase. Lastly, he is just a an all around great person, has no chip on his shoulders, and is extremely thoughtful. We feel very fortunate to have been referred to Emmanuel and would happily do the same for anyone who was in our shoes.

Emanuel was fantastic! He was very professional and helped create a strategy to sell our condo with the best outcome. He helped us understand all the required processes and paperwork and responded to our questions in warp speed. He worked with the buyer's agent and made sure we knew what happening during the closing process. We really appreciated his support and recommend him to any buyer/seller.

We were lucky enough to work with Emanuel on our recent home purchase. He acted as dual agent (both buyer and seller) and we felt we had fair representation the whole time. He made himself available multiple times during escrow to allow us to see the house for whatever reason. This wasn't our first purchase but Emanuel made us feel confident with all of the paperwork, disclosures, etc. He has continued to stay in contact after the closing giving us referrals for service providers to get our rental property ready as well as some updates on the new house. All around, a great agent to work with.

This is going to end well so stay with me. There are a lot of shady individuals in real estate. My wife and I have worked hard to establish a network of resources that we trust. When we were forced into a quick sale (due to a family situation) that Emanuel was representing the seller I was uneasy. My wife and I reached out to our network and everyone replied that we were in good hands and that Emanuel was a good realtor. He worked hard to get us the keys to the new place as quickly as he could and I found him to be courteous, professional, and ethical. I would not hesitate to recommend him as a realtor.

Emanuel walked me through every step of the sale of my condo. The kitchen needed many upgrades. Emanuel sent me pictures of the products to use along with their code numbers so I didn’t have to shop around. I get overwhelmed when there are so many products to chose from, they all look the same. He even had suggestions of the color of paint to use.
I was sent comparison pricing to other properties in the area. The transaction was smooth. His relationship with Title companies made my signing and stress level down. Communication was constant and informative.

Emanuel is wonderful! He is everything you'd want in a real estate agent. He represented me as the Buyer, gave great advice, asked questions of the Sellers, listened to my needs, walked me through the Disclosures, led communication with all parties involved, and knew when to push or when to not during negotiations. He is now helping me on the Seller side and getting my previous home on the market! Highly recommend him!

We have been through many property purchases and sales over the last 40 years. Usually, my assessment of the real estate agent falls between "disappointing" and "just OK". Emanuel was different.
When we were looking for a second home in the Diablo Valley. Emanuel worked with us for over a year. He was always patient and willing to try again when our offers fell through. He cheerfully stayed with us until we were successful.
When it came time to sell another property in Alameda. Emanuel was our first choice to be the listing agent. (The first time we ever used the same agent twice.) It was a good choice. His advice was very helpful.
A far as we are concerned, Emanuel is our agent and we will be working with him again.

5 stars certainly isn’t enough! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to actually enjoy the home buying experience.

Emanual 'Manoli' was incredibly delightful to work with. My fiancé and I were looking to buy our first home in the Pleasant Hill area and he was extremely knowledgeable with the area and the unique neighborhoods within it.

Even as first time homebuyers in the age of COVID-19 he made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He quickly picked up on our likes and dislikes which made a huge difference when we looked at numerous homes. He educated along the way and was willing to answer any and every question we had and was extremely patient with us as we learned. He was incredibly accommodating to our busy work schedules and planned things accordingly and efficiently.

Manoli was also great with communicating with us - always checking in and updating us on any bit of information he had throughout the whole searching and viewing process and even after we purchased a home! From start to end and beyond - he's your guy!
