Lisa did not try to steer us to a less desirable one but respected our wishes. She is very much on top of the real estate market in Lamorinda, familiar with other local agents, and well-respected by them. She often had heard of listings about to come on the market before they were generally publicized. Lisa also was helpful in recommending persons in different trades. Lisa is amazing and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the home buying process! I hadn’t spoken to Lisa for a number of years but, within 5 business days of reconnecting with her, we had an offer accepted on the house we wanted. Lisa is so well connected and respected within the industry, it removes the majority of the stress of buying a home. An example of this is that we saw the house we wanted on a Sunday, and bids had to be in by the end of the day on Tuesday. Her recommendation of mortgage lender got us preapproved and in place to put an offer in, within 48 hours of working with them, which was an incredible feat. We were also up against an all cash buyer but, Lisa’s knowledge of the market and the seller allowed us to come out on top. Her input into the offer negotiations was on point and meant we got our dream home!
