She has invaluable input. She has been a respected realtor for quite awhile in Contra Costa County.
Something important to me that I noticed is the painters, electricians, roofers and contractors I met have a high opinion of her and most have worked with her for a while. That is reflected in the quality of their work since who doesn't want repeat business.

I highly recommend Terrylynn. She works above and beyond in helping and assisting us buying our first house. When our first lender dropped us out, 5 days before our closing date, , she stepped out and found another lender on the same day and shockingly, we were able to close in less than a week. She’s simply the best! We are so grateful and fortunate to work work her.

Terrylynn was extremely professional and responsive in selling our rental home in Clayton in a very short amount of time. Her experience and familiarity with the local communities was exceptional.

She arranged an estate sale, professional cleaning along with termite and home inspections very quickly. She then contracted staging the home and the amazing appearance was instrumental in securing a cash offer above listing price after the first open house.

27 years ago Terrylynn was our agent when we bought our house. The experience as so painless that we turned to her again when we decided to sell our house. She was fantastic as both a buyer's and seller's agent, and she has our highest recommendation. Because interest rates are currently so high we thought it might take one to two months (or more) to sell our house, but because of Terrylynn's efforts we had multiple offers within two weeks of listing. She was pulling weeds in our front yard before the first open house - you can't get more committed than that! She and her associates were quick to respond when we had questions and they kept us informed at every step of the process so we knew exactly what was happening, which really helped reduce our stress levels. Terrylynn is experienced, knowledgeable, and really easy to talk to. You absolutely should use her; you won't regret it.

Anyone who has sold a home knows how frustrating and nerve wracking it can be. Not this time...it was worry and stress free. "it's been almost 23 years since you helped me find my home at 1819 Stratton Circle, and I have never regretted the decision.

My wife and I were moving to Missouri and Terrylynn took care of of everything from overseeing the work being done in the home, the purchase of a wine fridge, the staging, the sale,and reviewing the contracts to make sure my bride and I were completely taken care of.
