Yvonne helped us sell our Alameda home. She was great to work with from start to finish. She is an excellent communicator and keeps us in the loop at all stages of the process. She is friendly and extremely responsive. She always follows through! I would absolutely recommend using her if you are in need of a realtor.

One of the biggest fear I've always had when dealing working with real estate agents is trust. There is always a sense of worry that my agent is not looking out for my best interest. Yvonne is the first agent I ever worked with that I fully trust is looking out for me and my family.

Yvonne is an excellent and well-rounded real estate agent. I highly recommend her for anyone who intend to either sell or buy any properties. She sold my two properties in the last two years with a favorable price, in a very professional and efficient manner. Upon confirming an upcoming sale activity, she immediately created a preliminary timeframe with detailed work scope for each of the activities needed to market the house, from ordering inspections, coordinating necessary repair/upgrade/painting works, interviewing staging companies, organizing marketing materials/activities, to assisting me in understanding and completing the disclosures, etc. She would patiently explain each of the steps to ensure that I am comfortable with the entire process. She was on top of each of the activities and making sure that I understood it, and constantly communicating with me to seek my input to better the process and increase property marketability. She was really an asset in assisting me going through the complicated and complex property sale process. I was able to sell the two properties in a short period of time. I tasked Yvonne with selling my townhouse in CA after I had already moved back to TX. My house was nowhere near ready to sell yet either. Over the course of 3 months, she helped me find, and manage, contractors to repaint/repair the walls, re-flooring new carpet, refinishing bathtubs, fixing a clogged AC unit, repairing balcony water damage, and general cleaning and even junk removal.
Having worked and lived herself in WC, she was able to recommended companies and people that she had personally used and could vouch for.
We had weekly updates and calls to make sure both of us were on track (which really just meant her asking me what I wanted to do and she doing it.) She scheduled multiple Open Houses and walk-throughs. She gave me her opinions on the potential buyers, and finally, advice on contract negotiations (pricing and terms) and daily communication from closing until I had the money in my bank.
Throughout the entire process, Yvonne provided options and suggestions, but always left the ultimate decision to me.
Would I ever sell another house when I've already moved cross-country? Sure, as long as Yvonne can be my realtor.

I have worked with several RE agents in my lifetime, and the level of service I've received from Yvonne Lee, was far superior to any other. She is relentless in her work habits. She would text me at 8am or 9pm just to keep me updated. She understands how important every detail is to a client, and wants them to be aware. Don't know when she finds the time to sleep. She had two other listings at the same time, and I never felt that I wasn't her first priority.

She has a great compassion, for people and understands peoples concerns.
I don't know how a person can be so sweet, and yet so tough in the business world.

I was the seller, and wasn't sure I was comfortable with our strategy. She was very patient with me, and really concerned with my comfort level. I finally let her run with it, and she got me well over asking, and sold it in one week, when the average seemed to be 6 to 10 weeks. Saved me a lot in carrying costs.
