Karen treats you like family or a dear friend from the minute you start working with her. She listens to your desires but also gives her professional opinion with the ever changing market. She has a pulse on what is happening in the now not two weeks ago or last year. She goes to real estate seminars weekly if not monthly even though she has been in the business for over 25 years. She brings her “A” game and has an “A” team to buy and/or sell your home. She is always reachable. You really couldn’t hope for any thing more in an agent. She helped us buy our home four years ago in Walnut Creek and just sold our home a few weeks ago as we relocate back East. We will miss her from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you never seems to be enough Karen.

Karen has been helping my husband and I on our home buying journey for the past three years. From the first ride along with Karen to see houses in the area and get a feel for our budget and neighborhoods, she made us feel at ease and that we were in very good hands. Karen regularly reached out when she would come across a listing that she thought we would be interested in and always made herself available to show us houses right away.

Karen has helped us put offers on homes, and has been there with us for every step of the process when we were in contract on a couple. When in contract, she got us set up with inspections extremely quickly and pretty much cleared her calendar for the entire week to be at the house everyday to attend them with us. Ultimately we walked away from one house because Karen thought to ask the owner questions that came up on some inspections, which ultimately uncovered more serious issues with the house. Karen saved us a lot of money and headache by getting to the bottom of those issues and we are grateful for her experience to know to ask those questions.

Now my husband and I just purchased our first house in our desired neighborhood! Karen again has been there every step of the way during the home buying process. She’s not only hard working and professional, but you know she has your best interest in mind and will make sure you have all of your bases covered. It’s very apparent not only how much she loves her job, but truly helping her clients get in their dream home. We could not have bought our first home without Karen, and really appreciate her commitment to helping us these past few years. Even when we would get discouraged, Karen was always there cheering us on and letting us know everything would work out as it was meant to... and it did!
