Valerie did an excellent job of selling our house and I highly recommend her. She anticipated needs and had them addressed immediately. Valerie had connections with a plumber, contractor, painter, haulers and a floor refinisher, who all had reasonable rates and did excellent work. She used good judgement on the best way to present and market the home and her strategy worked better than expected. Valerie is hard working, responsible and professional and we couldn't be more satisfied! I would not hesitate to call on Valerie again for any real estate transactions, she is awesome!

Valerie was an asset to our home buying experience. When a home of interest located across the street from us came back on the market, she was first to know that the original buyers fell out of contract. She coached us on letter writing and it was our letter that won the sellers approval. She made sure we had the inspections needed to negotiate some credits so we could apply our cash to much needed improvements. She checked in throughout every detail of the home buying experience and even made sure our lender was on track. And of course she stocked the fridge with some celebratory beverages upon closing! We ended up with a home in our neighborhood, a very competitive market. We are so thankful!

We discussed these at length resulting in a counter offer and several back and forth negotiations. With her help, we brought these issues to the attention of the seller and asked for and received a substantial reduction in the purchase price. Her help was tremendous!
