Upon our first meeting, I knew that Emily Young was the person that I needed to represent me in the sale of my home. My home was a much loved home that offered space for large gatherings of family and friends, as well as numerous areas to occupy, when quiet reflection was the order of the day. It was a refuge, a safe haven, and after nearly thirty years of calling it “home”, the thought of leaving was sad and very overwhelming. The emotional and physical stress of moving to another state and selling your home after 34 years can be overwhelming…the day after the movers came, Emily said, “give me your keys and don’t worry, I will take care of everything”. And she did! She coordinated painters, repairs, flooring, gardeners, staging and photography all in less than a week! She did so with the utmost respect for us and our home. While other homes were pulled from the market and price s decreased, ours was sold in a week!
Emily has great positive energy, is honest and confident, not to mention she has a great eye for design and attention to detail!
