Marcellus was awesome!! We relocated from OH and had only the weekend to come to MO to find our beautiful home!! Marcellus stated, before we came to town we were going to meet at 9 am Sun Morning and shop until we dropped. Marcellus graciously took us, North, South, East and West, wherever we wanted to go to see 26 homes that day in his own vehicle. We returned to our hotel at 9 pm without finding our new home, but he came back at 11 am Monday morning, which was also Memorial Day and before leaving back to go to OH we signed a purchase agreement on Tuesday morning!! He was very knowledgeable, professional and very conscious of our time. We were Blessed to work with Marcellus!!

As we considered options for ownership, or rental, Marcellus was very patient helping us weigh the pros and cons and of each. He treated not only our decision as his priority, but saw through our eyes the many options and opportunities presented - simply amazing. Unlike other agents that I witnessed work in the past, Marcellus video taped properties meeting our requirements and gave us perspective on each neighborhood to increase our understandings while we shopped from a remote location. Once we arrived in town, Marcellus was extremely patient as w visited over 40 properties in just two days. To say that we are/were grateful is an understatement. We were so impressed with his level of service that we shared the name of another potential client of whom Marcellus assisted through the home buying process in just 10 days!
