Stephany Beck is the AVP, Training and Development Specialist for the FNF Elite Escrow Coaching Program. A career goal she has been visioning for years.

Stephany brings not only a wealth of Escrow industry experience and knowledge but an extensive background as a corporate trainer and a health and wellness success coach. Stephany’s approach as both a coach and personally stems from helping others develop and master their own mindset and overall wellness in conjunction with their professional skills. You will often hear her say “you cannot pour from an empty cup.”

Growing up in the PNW, this Golden Girls super fan loves to adventure outdoors with her pup Irwin. Traveling and spending time with her family are is her love languages.

Stephany was PHENOMENAL to work with. When I began this program I wasn't sure what to think and I was down right in a slump. I was beginning to get bitter with my work situation to be honest. She helped me feel comfortable enough to really break down why I was angry. She helped me feel heard and understood. That alone was tremendous in the growth process but she also gave me tools to help overcome my transgressions. She was a constant reminder to focus on what you can control and do the work to get to where you want to be. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her. She is down to earth and somehow makes it easy to stay positive. Her uplifting spirit is hard to find and I am so grateful I got to have her in my corner. Thank you Stephany!!

Stephany was AMAZING! I was nervous and unsure how the program would work for me because my unit runs a little differently than most. Stephany helped me overcome hurdles and challenges I didn't even know I was facing!!! All while keeping it easier to accomplish with her guidance and helpful words of encouragement. I hope to get to work with Stephany again as I am hoping to continue with more coaching opportunities.

Stephany Beck was a wonderful coach, she was very positive and supportive and she pushed me to try and get out of my comfort zone. She helped me to grow personally, and l will try and continue to use a lot of the things I learned. I would recommend others to take her class.

Not only did Stephany provide me with valuable Insights on how to build my desk she also challenged me to step outside of my comfort zone and address some of my personal goals. When I first signed up for the coaching program, I was not so sure that it was something that I would be interested in however when I met Stephany, that mindset quickly went out of the window. Stephany is absolutely incredible. If she was born with a life plan it would be to touch peoples lives, encourage them to find the best in themselves and help them learn and grow on their strengths and personality types that fit them. She'd point out there is no sense it trying to be something you are not. You are the best version of you that you can be and continue to build and grow on the things that make you unique and special and surround yourself with people that can help offset your weaknesses so you can build a killer team that is unstoppable. Stephany is more than a coach, she becomes a friend and a true inspiration and someone that I wish I could have more time with. She is a shining star and she shares that charisma and sparkle and strength with everyone she interacts with. She makes you want to level up your game no matter how good your game is and she makes it seem easy to do it. When you enter into a coaching program with Stephany through the FNF Elite Escrow Coaching program you will find the skills and knowledge you learn and your ability to push yourself past your comfort zone is beyond what you'd ever expect to experience. When I went to our escrow class for the Elite coaching, I really did not know what to expect. After spending the day with this team, I knew I wanted what they had, and I wanted it now! They exuded JOY. I wanted that JOY back in my life. To be honest the last couple of years nearly did me in and then I realized I was not alone. When I heard that Stephany was my coach I pretty much cried. She helped me to overcome obstacles in my life that were affecting me professionally as well as personally.

Stephany is simply amazing. She has the ability to grab your attention the second she starts talking to you, whether it's with her HYPE song or just engaging with you on a call or zoom. She doesn't sugar coat anything, rather she gives you tips and tricks about enhancing your skills for a better you. The first time I talked to her, I felt like I've known her for years.
