Fidelity National Financial's Elite Escrow Coaching and Education was founded by Samia Reichel, Sr. Vice President of Escrow Development in 2014. FNF's Escrow Coaching & Education is the nation's first of its kind: Specifically designed for and taught by escrow professionals. Through their tenure, FNF's coaches and trainers have successfully grown thousands of the companies' escrow employees. Elite Escrow Coaching and Education coaches and trains in one on one and group settings to assist escrow professionals to grow their business, advance their technical skills, manage their time and find work-life balance. The department has also successfully trained managers in Leadership Development and help to catapult careers. This one of a kind program is exclusive to the FNF Family of companies and provides their employees and edge on the competition.
