Kevin is extremely patient and genuine. We walked through 8 houses everyday and he never complained. He is always responsive when taking care of me. We are the first home buyer and we really didn't know what to expect, but Kevin is taking care of everything for us. He taught me a lot and shared his experiences with me. He is not pushing. In fact, he is always trying to look out for us. when we see a problem in the house, he always pointed that out for me, otherwise I wouldn't be able to see it at all. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to buy/sell a house.

Kevin and Becky came highly recommended from a friend of mine and they exceeded my expectations and previous realtor experiences, by far. The Denver market does not do any favors for the current buyer, however, Kevin worked his butt off to show me houses and condos on the spot, he dealt with some pretty tough sellers, and ultimately he helped me set a fair offer price but still close the deal with enticing closing options. He was very knowledgeable, easy to get in touch with, and helped me find lenders and everything. I will definitely be giving him a call if I find myself moving in the future.
