Tommy did awesome, super quick to respond and was usually available randomly throughout the week which made searching easier, the only reason I got the house I did is because we were able to beat the rush getting there nearly an hour after the listing went live. Wendy was a consummate professional at every stage of the home buying process. My husband and I were relocating to the St. Louis Metro in a relatively short window. Amid a tight market with limited inventory, Wendy guided us through some great homes until we found the perfect match. She stood by us after an inspection report that returned more findings than expected, she supported our needs during negotiations with the sellers, and she was beyond patient when our closing process hit a snag. She was always responsive, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. We were lucky to work with Wendy - hands down, the best real estate agent we've had!

Tommy was amazing to work with as a first-time homebuyer. He's great at representing us and is always a text/call away if you have any questions, especially since he starts his day at 4am! Paula Andrew helped us buy our first house and we were very impressed with the representation she gave us. She led us through the process and patiently helped us at every turn. When our daughter bought her condo, we called Paula and again she was there to help. Since that time, Paula represented our daughter in selling the condo and buying a house. A few months ago, we unexpectedly gained possession of a condo. We contacted Paula and she represented and assisted us through a complicated sale. If Paula was out of town, Wendy stepped in. Wendy helped us purchase a property in the midst of selling another property:
For the buying experience: She performed due diligence on timelines, appraisals and maintained great relationships with the seller that we were buying from and in return provided us with the needed information and advice to make it a smooth purchase. She also helped us identify and iron out any kinks in the process. Overall, Wendy made it Easy, even though the process was quite complicated.

For the selling experience: Wendy was FAST. We got our house ready to sell and within days we had multiple offers that were favorable to us. Wendy also was there to stand in as both my fiancé and i were so busy with the other transaction and also with work - she was there for us every step of the way, and then some.

Wendy is also incredibly approachable, friendly and accessible. I highly recommend her as your next realtor for both your buy and sell transactions!!
