I cannot stress enough, if you are not working with a realtor like Gayla in this market I feel for you. Because it takes a hardworking realtor like her to get your home in today’s market.
Showings - within an hour she had us seeing any new listing, no matter the time of day. She referred us to “for sale by owners” properties even knowing she would not receive a commission. That is very, very rare.
Prior to any showing, she would have as much info on the house as she could gather directly from the listing agent. She would ask many questions mostly on the seller's needs. This is how we got our home; she submitted our offer focused on what the seller needed. And in doing so we not only got our offer accepted we even saved $20,000.
She will absolutely find you a home, even in this market. She will be very honest with what it will take, and she will direct you on how to make your offer (especially if you're securing a loan) have the best possible chance of getting accepted.
