Brian was terrific. When we started looking for 2 houses in Florida, he popped in and introduced himself. While we were talking he asked a lot of questions about what we were looking for and how much we wanted to spend. Within a few days he was sending us places to look at. We don’t live in Florida so we didn’t know for sure where we wanted to live. He sent houses from several towns and also told us different things that were in the area that might interest us. We even did some virtual tours of places we liked. When we finally went down there, he had houses lined up for us to look at everyday and also kept us informed on new houses that just came on the market. We found our first house in two days and our second house a few days later. He helped us with all the closings and inspections that had to be done remotely.
