Living in Virginia and purchasing a second home in Florida was not an easy task. Skyler stepped up and worked with my wife and I to understand our needs and worked 24/7 to virtually show us places that we might be interested in. On two separate occasions, when my wife and I traveled to Florida, he scheduled visits to see houses when it was convenient for us. During the entire process, he was engaged and never gave up trying to find us a place in our desired neighborhood. Through the closing process, Skyler stayed connected with us and kept us updated as to what was going on, and, regardless of time of day, would call and inform us of inspection status, timing of the closing, and anything else we needed to know. I would highly recommend Skyler to anyone who is looking for a place in the Bradenton/Sarasota area.
