I just bought a condo with the wonderful help of Alysa Casorla. I was buying from Denver sight unseen and she FaceTimed for every one. She pointed out what she thought was good or bad. She was happy and cheerful through every phone call I made to her ( and my calls to her were numerous). Because of her I was able to do everything from Denver. You can’t go wrong with Alysa Casorla.

Alysa was amazing, she looked at so many houses and we kept finding something we didn't like. It did not stop her from continuing to look at many more homes for us and fine tune it to what we were actually looking for. She stayed in our price range and the many areas we looked at. Alysa gave us an honest review of each home. Alysa responded quickly to all of our tests and silly questions. I would and will give the highest recommendation to the special person who finally found us our dream home. She is so knowledgeable and always provided any information we wanted. Alysa was available whenever we had a question or concern. She went above and beyond to help and make sure we found what we were looking for. She kept an eye out for any pitfalls, she knew we would look out for. She also learned what we wanted. What we were looking for and our tastes.

We always felt like she was in our corner and never made us feel rushed or silly, if we decided we liked something and then took a step back and went a different direction. She took the time to know us a people and find the home we feel in love with.

Alysa was awesome!! She sent us multiple houses throughout the day to make sure we had plenty of options! She was very thorough throughout our closing process to make sure we had all of the information we needed and made sure we got everything taken care of before closing! I would argue that my homebuying experience was more unique than any real estate agent could ever experience. Based on my work schedule and travel arrangements, Alysa and I spent ONE day looking at 10 homes that we felt best fit not only my budget, but my desired location and commute. At the end of that day, we put an offer in on my number one rated home, which was not only accepted, but UNDER the asking price! Alysa seamlessly organized every step of the process and helped me achieve my dream of becoming a homeowner. Despite a 13-hour time difference with me living abroad, Alysa was always timely in her responses and even took time out of her own day to check on my new home until I can officially get the keys in my hand. I cannot recommend Alysa enough for all that she does!

We have never bought a house without being present to actually see it. The process was a little overwhelming to think of, but Alysa made it sooooo easy. She is the type of realtor you want in your corner. She was there every step of the way and helped ease our anxiety and concerns and most of all was very honest and up front all the way and we knew we could completely trust her to look out for us and help us find the perfect home. Alysa is a true professional. She worked so hard for us, being that we were buying from out of state. She kept us up to date with listings and viewed homes for us, often on very short notice.
