Karrie Tooze- Moore got my attention by following up on me even though I did not purchase from her. She asked how things went, if the closing was smooth and was there anything left undone with which she could help me. That impressed me so much that when my move didn't work out, she is the one I contacted to sell my condo, not the one through whom I purchased it.
