I am truly grateful to have had Kendel as the realtor who worked with us on the purchase of our new home. I've had other realtors in the past and never had someone invest so much time & effort into helping us reach our goal. Kendel has gone above & beyond what the average realtor would do and that's an understatement. She was on top of things on a daily and made sure everything was in place and done in a timely manner. I can't praise Kendel enough for her services. At a time when I was grieving the loss of my husband and feeling more than overwhelmed, she helped me through the process from prepping to listing my home. Within four days of listing, I had a contract and closed 6 weeks later. Kendel was with me every step of the way, was always available and constantly communicating and relieving my stress. I highly recommend her whether buying or selling. She is no longer my agent, but my forever friend.
