I can not say enough about Dawn. She was our 3rd realtor and came to us recommend by a friend. My husband and I were in desperate need to sell because he got a promotion at work that took him out of state. We were defeated and stressed because the other 2 realtors felt our house was almost impossible to sell and didn't want to put in the time and effort. We knew this sale would be a challenge because our house is a year old and our community is still being built. In comes my heroine...Dawn!! She was no nonsense and got right down to business. She didn't lie or sugar coat anything but was 100% optimistic she could get the house sold!! From day one, Dawn hit the ground running. I believe we were under contract in less than a month!! Jennifer Salome and Dawn Tillette were such a great team. They balance each other out perfectly. They got me the best deal. I'm still pinching myself.
