I can not say enough about Dawn. She was our 3rd realtor and came to us recommend by a friend. My husband and I were in desperate need to sell because he got a promotion at work that took him out of state. We were defeated and stressed because the other 2 realtors felt our house was almost impossible to sell and didn't want to put in the time and effort. We knew this sale would be a challenge because our house is a year old and our community is still being built. In comes my heroine...Dawn!! She was no nonsense and got right down to business. She didn't lie or sugar coat anything but was 100% optimistic she could get the house sold!! From day one, Dawn hit the ground running. I believe we were under contract in less than a month!! She never once got upset with me with my dumb questions or my stress texts to her!! In a market where realtors are a dime a dozen, Dawn has stood out above the rest!!! Jennifer Salome and Dawn Tillette were such a great team. They balance each other out perfectly. They got me the best deal. I'm still pinching myself. We closed in two weeks and everything went so smooth. Everyone they suggested to help with the transaction, like home inspector and title company were all top notch. Can't recommend them enough.

I can't even begin to tell you how amazing Dawn was as my realtor. I was flying into Florida to look at the property. Dawn arranged a schedule that allowed me to see all the properties I wanted to see and still enjoy a little bit of vacation time. Once I decided to purchase a villa, Dawn went above and beyond to walk me through the entire process. She also showed up on my behalf to represent me at the initial and final walk through with the builder. She was extremely professional, accommodating and patient with me as I have not purchased a property in many years. Don't think twice about using Dawn as your realtor. You won't be disappointed.

Dawn was amazing throughout the ENTIRE process! We had our home built and our journey began in February. We moved here from Maryland in August and our closing was rescheduled multiple times due to hurricanes and Dawn remained in close contact despite her own personal situation (preparing for the storms). She worked with our Maryland realtor and assisted with making everything seamless. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else on such a huge investment!

We are in the process of moving from Maryland to Florida and having a house built in another state is nerve wracking (to say the least). However, Dawn has eased the process and made it as seamlessly as possible. She goes above and beyond and is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her craft! I wouldn't want anyone else working on our behalf.
