Once again, Cody helped us get through another real estate transaction and made it as smooth as it could be. Since we moved away from the LWR area, he went above and beyond what most people expect from their realtor keeping a close watch on the house and updating us with any concerns he had until it sold. Like I said in a previous review, he is more than a realtor, he is a friend who you will be pleased to have represent you on either the buying or selling side (or both!) for any real estate needs you may have.

Cody was very helpful in communicating between us as the seller and our buyers and their realtor. He was always available to answer questions or brainstorm about the best solutions to issues that would come up. We had some speed bumps along the way, but we all held on tight and Cody drove us to the closing table. Just know your in good hands when choosing Cody to represent you.

We highly recommend Cody! He was extremely pleasant to work with and made himself available 7 days a week. What we like best about his services was that he did not pressure us at all into buying a house, and was concerned about our well-being in our home purchase. He is honest and trustworthy, which is hard to find these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Cody was fantastic! We were looking for a house in Florida while living in CA. After months of viewing houses on line and talking with him via zoom, he knew exactly what we were looking for. We flew in for the weekend without the expectation of finding a home that weekend, but that one weekend in town was all it took. We made an offer on one of the houses and it was accepted. Through out the entire process, Cody was helpful, professional, knowledgeable and available to assist us and answer all of our questions no matter what.
