We bought the house as our soon-to-be retirement home. Dave methodically helped us develop our wish list then sent us select homes that met our standards and his. Since we live overseas and were not able to travel, Dave would visit the houses we were interested in and share it with us through a live video call. He is so patient and thorough. As new houses came to the market, he would immediately send them to us. Since it was a seller’s market, we had to place several offers until one was finally accepted. Dave Rothermel was consistently present and over-the-top helpful. We felt like he was buying the house for himself because he was so thoroughly involved and sensitive to our needs. As the deal closed, he became even more attentive (if that is even possible) and walked us to the end of a complicated process with a challenging lender in another state, absent owners-to-be, and a power of attorney acting on our behalf. We felt like we his #1 priority from day one. Details were not dropped. Communications were timely. Proactive care was present through it all. We highly recommend Dave Rothermel with absolutely no reservations!

His knowledge of the areas helped guide our ultimately selection and we are happy with our choice. Dave was professional, patient and considerate from start to finish. He assisted us with the sale of our home within three to four days of listing and spent many hours with us in searching for our new home and negotiating the terms of a temporary lease with our buyers. He was prompt for appointments and always responsive to our calls and emails.

This latest real estate transaction was the third time we have had Dave represent us. Of the three the last one was the most difficult. Dave’s advice and guidance was spot on. Most importantly Dave stayed in contact with us and the deal was finally done. We wouldn’t deal with any other agent.

Ours was not a typical transaction. Buyer financing on our sale did not go as planned consequently our purchase of our new home was delayed. Dave guided us through the ups and downs and the deal was completed. He communicated with us on a timely basis and went out of his way to see the process through. My wife and I couldn't be happier with his service and advice.

I purchased a condo for seasonal use with Dave's help and I sold the condo, also with Dave's help. I couldn't have done any of this without him since I do not live in the area. He is responsive, trustworthy and very easy to work with. He gave me good advice throughout both processes and I give him my highest recommendation.

Dave has assisted us with multiple real estate transactions, from personal residences to investment properties, he is knowledgeable about them all. We live out of state and he did a great job communicating with us throughout each transaction.
