Besides being very personable, Kathy Toonder is a dedicated and hard-working real estate agent. Kathy kept showing us homes and patiently waited as we described our must have, preferred and unwanted lists. After we made our offer to purchase, she remained in close contact to address any questions we had and was very helpful throughout the process from beginning to end.

Kathy helped us purchase our first Florida home in 2015 when we were moving from Vermont. She made that transition seamless. She also recently helped us to sell that home and to purchase our new home which we moved into yesterday. We could not be happier with her services. She is both a wonderful agent and person. Kathy, did a wonderful job as my buyers agent. Living in New York and looking for a home in Florida is not easy but Kathy kept me updated on new homes entering the market by email and phone calls. A couple of times over the past year and a half I would travel to Sarasota and Kathy would pick me up at my hotel and have a group of homes she new were in my price range and what I was looking for. Eventually I found a place in Bradenton and made an offer. I was able to return home to New York and Kathy took care of everything I needed from title search to home insurance contacts and HOA Interview appointments. After the closing she even stayed at the house and met with the home insurance inspectors after I had already purchased the house and I returned to New York. I highly recommend Kathy Toonder!

Moving from WI to Sarasota, and not knowing the area, was intimidating. Kathy relieved that by really "teaching" me the city, the various areas, and found the perfect home for me. Her kindness and real care for her clients really came through! She was the there to "hold my hand" at every step of this process.
