Before moving to Florida from another state, I contacted more than one agent for help. Other agents seemed reluctant to spend the time to help me find a condo in Florida based on my needs and budget. Lisa immediately emailed me the information I asked for and met me in the next couple of days to show me the condos that fit my needs. When I settled on the condo I wanted she negotiated the price I was willing to pay and got involved with the lender, HOA, seller and title company. She kept me informed during every step of the process. She even found me a very reasonable rental to stay in until my closing. Having Lisa as our buying agent was the best choice we could have made in our buying process. She is not only knowledgeable but has a wide reaching network of needed professionals to get the job done. We only had 4 days to find a property to begin with. In 2 days we looked at 19 homes that met our criteria and were still available. Not only did we find a few of high interest, we made an offer and a counter, counter offer before being accepted. Over the next 2 days, which included Memorial Day, we had it inspected and insect inspected. Both passed with flying colors. We closed within 30 days!!! We listed our condo in Florida with Lisa and a week later it was sold! Lisa was very personable and gave us immediate response to any questions/concerns we had. When the buyer was found she reassured us that all would go smoothly and it did. We even signed the papers early and had the funds wired to our bank to make the transaction painless and efficient according to our time line which was very tight. From beginning to end, over the course os 2 1/2 years, for three 1-week vacations to Florida, Lisawas there to show us condos. She had all the info available for us to examine, and followed up by forwarding properties via e-mail for us to see weekly while at home in Pa.
