My name is Matthew Greiner, your Bradenton Florida real estate agent specializing in assisting buyers and sellers throughout Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Ellenton, Palmetto and surrounding areas. I have had the pleasure of assisting all types of clients such as excited first-time home buyers, growing families up-sizing, retirees downsizing, out of towner's vacation home and savvy investors. With a marketing and design background, I am able to provide my clients with cutting edge technology to market their homes effectively.

Throughout my years at EXIT King Realty, I have been awarded the “Rookie of the year” and “Positive Attitude“ honors. I have also been recognized over the years for 2+ million in sales volume. I have increased my skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by getting my SRES certification (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and familiarizing myself with market trends to better assist our local seniors.

A little bit about me, I grew up in the east suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio. I made the move to sunny Sarasota, Florida in 2001 to attend Ringling College of Art and Design. After graduating in 2005 with my Bachelors of Fine Art in Graphic Design and Photography, I was fortunate to have an amazing creative career in sports publishing, product branding and home health care. My passion for networking, creativity and helping people guided me to a career in real estate. In our off time, my wife, Kristen and I enjoy being active outdoors such as fishing, kayaking, days at the beach and discovering great local spots along the beautiful sunny Florida gulf coast.

My home buying experience with Matthew was more than I could of asked for. As a first time home buyer, there was a lot of unknowns for me and Matthew was there for every single question! He is extremely responsive which was important to me. Whether it was text, phone call or email, he was in constant communication. He kept everyone on the same page between lender, title company, insurance company, sellers agent etc - which was a huge help! As first home buyers, my wife and I weren't sure what to expect with the daunting task of purchasing a home. We set out to interview several agents in order to find one that appealed to our own characters. Matthew was the first agent we met and we quickly realized that we did not need to waste any time meeting other agents. Within the first few minutes we seen that he was naturally genuine and had a similar easy going mentality yet maintaining a high level of professionalism. He gave us the feeling that we had known him for years.

Matthew was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had along the way and made the whole process go as smoothly as possible. After closing we left with that feeling that we had "forgot something" as he made the whole process seem too easy!
