I was an out of state seller of my condo I owned for 9 years after my father passed away. Talking for the first time with Sheryl, she sounded very pleasant and positive throughout the conversation.
She didn't seem pushy and in a hurry to get me to sign any contracts. I was still deciding whether I should sell the condo or not.
I went forward with a contract and her paperwork was sent through me through internet and it was a slightly easy and much faster than snail mail.
I did not get asking price but I decided to go ahead and sell it because of my long distance and the headaches of owing HOA and mortgage without anybody in there renting.
When we did settle on price the inspection wasn't what I expected. Unfortunately my hot water heater went. Sheryl took her own time and went in there and took out all the water and put in fans for underneath my carpeting. She also shut off the water to the unit. Thankfully my contract was an as-is contract. The air conditioning unit was also leaking. I did settle with an addendum only because of the hot water heater bursting without my knowledge.
We did close a week later only due to the buyer's lender. But it was done on December 21st 2018.
I would recommend Sheryl because she did go out of her way to help me in a very needful situation. Also because she is very professional and never gets upset. She always stays positive.
