Ashley was extremely helpful and proactive in the selling of my home. She took the time to understand what I needed to receive in order to move and she was confident she could deliver and get the "make me move" price I was seeking. She fulfilled her promise and after just 30 days on the market (with beautiful photos btw) the price was met and she never tried to get me to sell for less or under less favorable terms than our original conversation. Where to begin? Ashley is the ultimate professional and was wonderful to work with. A friend recommended her when we were in town on a short getaway. She got us in to every property we wanted to see with only a moment's notice and even picked us up and took us since we were without a car. We were able to find a vacation home quickly and Ashley facilitated all of the inspections needed to make settlement within two months. I would highly recommend working with Ashley for any real estate needs and we will definitely use her again in the future!
