Having lived in Manatee County for over 43 years and spending much of his childhood in Naples, Scott knows the local market inside and out—not just as an agent, but as someone who calls it home. As a proud U.S. Navy veteran, he carries a strong sense of dedication, integrity, and service into everything he does.
Scott’s real estate journey started back in the 1990s, flipping homes while working full-time. That hands-on experience gave him a real understanding of how the market works and how to spot opportunities. In 2002, he decided to make it official and got his real estate license. By 2018, he took the leap into real estate full-time, and he hasn’t looked back since.

Scott did a wonderful job in helping us sell our home. We would get daily updates on the statistics of how many clicks and views our home received that week and he made sure selling our home was his top priority. He helped us through every step of the process from: making sure the house was ready to present to the public for showings; creating pictures and our listing which highlights the positive aspects of our home; kept us informed of the traffic viewing our listing, peoples reactor showings, his views about the offers; when came time to the contract proposals, Scott throughly discussed the strengths and weakness, guiding us through counter offers and finalizing of the sale and seeing us through the banking and funding.
