My wife and I had the pleasure of buying our dream home in Florida with the help of Lisa Reo. Lisa was amazing to work with and spent a lot of time find us the perfect home, She was very knowledgeable of the area we wanted to buy in along with taking care of every detail of the transaction. this was extremely helpful as we were 5 states away. Lisa responds to emails and text messages quickly answering all of my questions and concerns. My condo was on the market and sold within a few hours. Settlement was very quick and smooth with no issues.

We called Lisa to sell our Northport lot. I expected it to take several months to a year, but it was sold within ONE month for almost asking price. We were very impressed with Lisa. Lisa did a great job selling our condo unit. We were from out of town so the entire transaction had to be done online. We did get to meet her at the beginning before we were even ready to list and she was patient and informative about what the steps would be. The unit sold in the first day of showing and she was able to get us a great price and a cash offer. The closing went well and every issue that came up was met with efficiently and professionally. I would definitely recommend her to friends, in face I already have.

Lisa is a delightful and responsible realtor. She is either readily available to speak or gets back to us promptly. She is enthusiastic and professional. She is a good advocate for the buyer and seller as I have been involved with this process on both ends with her. She makes the extra trips to make sure things are just as good as they can be.

Lisa made it happen! We were able to move out, sell, buy and move in all in 3 days. Lisa was available to us anytime we had a question or needed an addendum to be added to the contract. Closing was handled on both sales at two different title agencies on the same day. Lisa has my highest personal recommendation for your real estate needs. I dont give this level of recommendation easily. I would absolutely use Lisa again if needed but let's just say I hope i never have to move again :)

Lisa was wonderful to work with. She was always very professional. We were out of state, which was a little challenging, but Lisa helped to make the process a little easier. She was constantly researching property for us. If there was something we liked, she would go to the property, and we would face time. ultimately, she found what we were looking for and we have successfully made the move. She arranged the title company and made that process happen easily. We were so glad we chose Lisa for our agent.
