We could not have been happier with a realtor. Annette went above and beyond our expectations. She was great with communication and since we were out of state buyers, she had to do the walk through. We looked at many, many homes but she was patient and very honest and encouraging. I really enjoyed working with Annette and will recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

You should hire Annette! Annette and I toured several properties looking for just the right one - she was so patient and encouraging. When we found the right one, she was with us all the way to closing. In fact, the property was auctioned - we were both at work, so Annette helped us with the online bidding process. An excellent realtor!

Annette successfully helped sell a property I purchased as an investment rental prior to the recession in 2007. As the real estate market was failing she was able to develop a strong plan resulting in the property sake at a price which covered our costs.

I have been in the Real Estate Commercial Development business for 44 years in Sarasota. Due to extenuating circumstances we were required to move during the highest area market upswing in residential sales prices in years. Even with my years of experience with bad actors and worse deals, the process of finding a home to buy during that time was excruciatingly painful. Then we met Annette. She took us under her wing and even put up with my bad attitude. We made a couple offers but nothing was working out until she called one day and asked us to look at a house that was about to go on the market that a colleague had listed and advised that she could get us a 'sneak' preview. We submitted a contract that day and it was accepted. Annette was at all times diligent, on top of the details, caring and attentive. Her follow-up was flawless. Everything went without a hitch. If I were ever to have to do this again, or if I am able to recommend an agent to anyone with great confidence, the only one I would go to would be Annette.

I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Annette. From day one, she was proactive and dedicated to bringing in potential buyers. She is certainly willing to go the extra mile whether it's holding as many open houses as necessary or offering recommendations for staging that will bring in the buyers.
Annette was always checking to make sure I was happy with the process and really listened to me and addressed my concerns - such as increasing interest rates and Hurricane Ian specifically!
This is not my first experience with selling a home, but it's certainly one of the best experiences I've had with a realtor!
I highly recommend Annette if you're in the market for a realtor!

11 Offers!! That is how many offers were made on our house in the span of 3 days. This is due to the great work of Annette Kirshner. She advised us several weeks ago what it took to prepare the house for sale. There was a lot of work on our part but thanks to her attention to detail, it all was worth it in the end. 11 offers and many of them well over asking price! Thank you Annette!

Annette did a great job of selling our mother's condo. She found a buyer who paid more than the asking price. She was on top of us to improve the condo to attract a good buyer. The paperwork came thru in a timely manner. I am out of town, so she had to email me everything and stay on top of me to sign it all up who really likes paperwork? I would definitely use her again if I was involved in a real estate transaction.

We were relocating from TN to FL. We had a short window to see homes on our initial trip down. Annette was so organized, we went to almost a dozen homes in two days. We had a list on houses we viewed on line and of course Annette had a list also. The market was so hot, everything sold immediately. If we hadn't found one we were going to schedule another trip down. However, we found the perfect home. Annette walked us through the out of state purchase and given that we couldn't move in for six weeks, due to commitments TN. Annette was absolutely fantastic in helping us manage a home 775 miles away. She had recommendations for everything and everyone we needed.

The entire process would not of been as successful as it was if not for Annette.
