My husband & I have been looking serious for a home/condo for over a two years! Then last year in November 2017, we began talking with Linda. We flew to Sarasota she picked us and we began looking at homes! She took us to several & all were good but didn’t have that feeling of home! Then only two days left of our stay we found that Florida home for us, thanks to Linda. So through Linda & the owners realtor we negotiated & before we had to fly back to KY we sign the initial papers to buy our Florida dream home! So as of today just landed in Sarasota/Bradenton & living the dream in our Florida home! Thanks, Linda!

Linda was great. Gave us many great lists of houses that we could mark as like, love or remove. This helped us narrow down the list so our time out to actually look at homes targeted good ones for us. The ones we loved, Linda insured the HOA would accept 3 small dogs and gave her recommendations. We looked at 5-6 homes and found our dream home. We couldn't be happier. Linda is the best!!!!
