Amber and Sharon are a fantastic team. There are extremely friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. We did not feel pressured, we felt very comfortable working with them. Another positive, is they were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. Loved working with them, we bought a condo in 2 days!!

I am the trustee for my brothers trust Amber handled the sale and transaction of a property they purchased in Venice Florida. My primary residence is 1300 miles north. Amber was very professional while being kind and caring. She answered all my question, was always available by phone ,text or email. She did her homework and knew the properties she showed. In this crazy market she was right on top of new listings. She also did a good job explaining the closing process. She is an honest good person that I would definitely recommend.

TO NOT hire Amber would be your first mistake. Hi, I’m David and I don’t usually like to write these sort of things but felt it to be very deserving. After all, Amber did bail me out of a pinch. The beginning of July and the last several days of our vacation I was informed to sell a property that belonged to my dad. Not being from Venice I had no idea of a realtor let alone the process of selling in Florida. As it was , across the road from where we were staying was a sign with Amber’s name and number. When I called that day I realized that selling got much simpler just by her responses to my situation and questions. She walked me through the whole process step by step and assured me that she would be there. Once seeing the property she explained what needed to be done such as moving things out, leaving things in certain places. She even recommended a cleaning service to take care of that part so we didn’t waist our last few days working. The work was complete and the listing was officially on line. That very evening I received a text back in my home state that we had an offer for the full asking price. Unfortunately with the Covid numbers rising we were unable to attend the closing in person but again, Amber made the virtual closing go as smooth as the rest. I will most definitely be giving Amber Davis a call in the near future when we retire to the Venice area.

If we could give Amber 10 stars we would! Amber is conscientious, professional and dependable! She always responded to all of our text, phone calls and emails in a short period of time, if not right away. She is upbeat and supportive to her customers needs! We have purchased houses in the past with other realtors but none were as thoughtful to our needs and listened to what we were looking for in a home. Hands down you can't and won't go wrong in hiring her! Her partner, Sharon, was also on top of everything and was there for us at any time. Sharon is a gem! These two ladies work thier tails off to make it right! We can't thank them enough for making our journey as easy as possible!!!??

Amber and her partner Sharon couldn't have been more professional and helpful in our search and ultimate purchase of a condo in the Venice area. Although we did most of our searching on line with the listings Amber and Sharon provided to us because our primary residence is in PA, once we made a decision Amber and Sharon did a thorough walk-through and gave us a detailed report of the condo unit we selected. They then arranged to have a home inspector do a professional inspection and give us a report. They then facilitated our offer to the seller's agent and after a short back and forth we agreed upon a price with the seller. The closing was done remotely and was handled without a hitch. My wife and I would not hesitate working with Amber and Sharon for any future real estate needs and highly recommend them. They were ultra responsive and professional in every way.

Amber and her partner Sharon were the best to work with! I purchased my new home with their help, and my experience was amazing. I had very particular wants and Amber found every option that fit my exact list of all of them. She took me to see each home as many times as I wanted and always answered her phone! The best part of working with her was the honesty she showed, and time she spent helping me. I wouldn't use anyone else and will recommend her to everyone I come in contact with that is looking to buy!

Sharon Morea worked with us for over a year sending weekly listings . When we found our Dream House , within 24 hours it showed pending. Sharon encouraged us to put in a contingency offer explaining that sometimes contracts do not go through. I thought all hope was lost but within a week she called to say you're not going to believe it but the house is open again. She walked us through writing up a contract, she knew several other interested parties were also submitting bids. Ours was chosen based on her expert advice. During the entire closing process as we even had hiccups with our lender she was a constant communicator always staying calm finding Solutions and if additional documents were needed we had them within 30 minutes usually sooner. I can't say enough about Sharon and Amber and the entire Exit Realty team they are top-notch professionals . if you are looking for a realtor and a team choose Sharon Amber and Exit Realty. They have my full confidence and I highly recommend them.
