There are not enough positive words to express about Anne. My husband and I worked slowly, and it took us 4 years to decide on the perfect house. Anne was there for us every step of the way. We met her at an open house while visiting FL. The next day she had us out looking and getting a feel for the homes and areas we were interested in. Over the 4 years, she was great about asking if we wanted any changes in our criteria. When we were interested in something, she was on it like a rocket. Anne sent us comps and analytics that helped us make informed decisions. She educated us on FL from neighborhoods, HOAs, and pest control, to HVAC and hurricanes.
Anne cares about people. We were in IL before the close and trying to reach people in FL, she was there to assist. She was hands-on, through the whole process.
Even after we closed, she was the first to be there for us to help set up utilities, provide contacts for pool companies, pest control, etc. Anne isn't just an amazing professional realtor; she is a friend and someone you can count on.

I appreciated her approach for marketing and her honesty in setting the asking price.
