We took about three years to investigate the Venice area for purchasing a home. Kathleen stayed with us the entire time, showing us multiple properties. She helped us offer on a few until we settled on the one we purchased. She made inspection and closing easy. Even after closing she gave us lots of helpful information for contractors and services for our house. I would recommend her to a friend who was purchasing a home.

I can not say enough about Dawn. She was our 3rd realtor and came to us recommend by a friend. My husband and I were in desperate need to sell because he got a promotion at work that took him out of state. Kendel is the BEST! she is so thorough and goes above and beyond to make sure the deal gets done. She has been my buyers agent on 2 transactions we closed. We have known each other for almost two years now and its been truly a pleasure getting to know her personally as well. Ahhhh what to say about Michael Jackson... I would like to express my deepest apologies for not writing this sooner... I should have written this review over a month ago when my husband and I finalized our new home purchase... but I guess that just goes to speak on how strongly I feel about Michael Jackson... I mean come on let's be real - who goes back rifling thru over 35 days of email hell for an opportunity to say something NICE about somebody...definitely NOT me... as a matter of fact, I think I have only ever written 2 reviews of anything like EVER, and both were nasty.
If you are still reading, and I sincerely hope that you are because I have yet to say anything worthwhile... Michael Jackson is such a SUPER STAR in the realty business and here are the things that I would like you to know about him... Michael has a phenomenal working relationship with all the people required to get all of the things done...and obviously that comes from treating people right along the way. He was so on top of things from start to finish, that honestly it has probably ruined me for life regarding a level of customer service that I will basically never again experience from anyone/anywhere ever again...and the main reason that I know this to be true - we worked with Michael for almost 6 months and that is a long long time to keep up any kind of charade (and I wouldn't say I am the easiest person to deal with...not the hardest but def not the easiest). He is just a PHENOMENAL realtor AND person. He literally knows all about all the things that you would never even think to ask... before you even have a chance to ask. He is punctual. He is professional. Michael listens... sometimes he was even able to utilize his profound powers of ESP. He is honest... always telling you how it is and 100% of the time he had our back... even when we didn't want to hear what he had to say. He is communicative. Michael takes time to get to know you as a person to really lock into what it is you're looking for and the reassurance to wait to find the perfect home. Michael went above and beyond to make this whole process as smooth as possible, and we couldn't be happier with the level of service from our chosen agent and will forever recommend him to anyone who will listen! Oh - I almost forgot to mention that Michael is very thoughtful... we had a remote closing and on the day of, he went by and fixed a few little things and installed an electric lock for us... things I had mentioned in passing on doing the day after closing... he just went and did it for us... he left a sweet personalized gift for us on the counter just waiting for our arrival. If you are still reading this and have not yet decided to choose Michael Jackson as your real estate agent, I reiterate that you need to do this immediately... Michael Jackson is one of THE kindest and MOST sincere people that you will ever meet and he is by far THE BEST agent that you would ever hope to have in your corner. Period. The End.
