I cannot say enough great things about Dana Musco. She listened to our needs and was available at a moments notice to answer any questions. We were on a very limited schedule since we were coming from New York, yet Dana was able to schedule many appointments and take us to all of them. She is so knowledgeable with all the locations, builders, and so much more,…..she literally spent full days with us showing us around until we made the right decision. Dana did a wonderful job selling our home! She is professional, friendly, and very attentive. Not to mention works around the clock to get results quickly! Dana knew exactly where to price our home from day one so that we would get some serious interest. She quickly had professional photos taken, flooded social media with the listing details, and set up some open houses, and private showings.

We ended up with multiple showings in a short amount of time from serious buyers. And in a little over a month, and only one slight price drop days beforehand, we had multiple offers in one day. Dana then negotiated a cash deal just under our asking price to successfully close the deal. A price which, by the way, ended up being exactly in the high range that she told us it would sell. Wow!

She then simultaneously helped us with our search to find the next house, since the buyers of our home wanted a quick close. Dana arranged so many showings, in so many homes...some even on the SAME DAY. She genuinely listened to what I was looking for in the next home, and multiple times, helped me talk out the pros and cons of the houses we were considering.

I couldn't have asked for a more attentive and available realtor. Dana then helped us negotiate on THE home, once we found it. She successfully got us under contract on a brand new build in a fabulous amenity-rich golf community, and we are excited for our new journey.
