Having purchased too many homes in my lifetime, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a lot of good realtors. The keyword is “good”. Jeffrey does not fall into that category because he is absolutely GREAT! He literally had answers to questions before we even thought of them. Scott went above and beyond my expectations. He helped us through every step of the process from: making sure the house was ready to present to the public for showings; creating pictures and our listing which highlights the positive aspects of our home; kept us informed of the traffic viewing our listing, peoples reactor showings, his views about the offers; when came time to the contract proposals, Scott throughly discussed the strengths and weakness, guiding us through counter offers and finalizing of the sale and seeing us through the banking and funding. I do not think Scott left me feeling anything could have been better as we felt he always had concerns for our understanding and outcome - he had our back !

I can begin to tell you how helpful Kathleen was. I worked a lot of real estate people over the years and not one better than her. She worked with me for a couple months and never have I seen someone work harder for me. She even helped me after the closing when I had some questions and issues. She did not have to do that. I wish I can give her a six stars, if not more. I would even hire her if I could!!! And I promise you I do not know her before I hired her and she’s not a relative. You’d be lucky to work with her.

From the moment I first met Michael Jackson I felt like he was totally devoted to me and my property. The pics he took were professionally framed. Michael made the paper work easy for this computer challenged old lady. He gave me plenty of notice prior to the multiple showings and he gave up many weekends for open house showings too. Very pleased because these are challenging times to sell houses.

I highly recommend Erika for anyone in the market to buy or sell a home or property. We just spent about 7 weeks of looking, making offers, and the processing of the mortgage with her by our side all the way. 6 weeks was handled with us being out of state.
