Scott went above and beyond my expectations. He helped us through every step of the process from: making sure the house was ready to present to the public for showings; creating pictures and our listing which highlights the positive aspects of our home; kept us informed of the traffic viewing our listing, peoples reactor showings, his views about the offers; when came time to the contract proposals, Scott throughly discussed the strengths and weakness, guiding us through counter offers and finalizing of the sale and seeing us through the banking and funding. I do not think Scott left me feeling anything could have been better as we felt he always had concerns for our understanding and outcome - he had our back !
