Kristy is absolutely phenomenal to work with. Her passion for her industry is contagious and gave us the boost we needed to get the Condo ready for selling. I appreciated her approach for marketing and her honesty in setting the asking price. Shelia really worked hard. My property was on the market for a little more than 6 months. I turned down several offers but Shelia never became discouraged. She worked just as hard throughout the time the property was on the market. She is a professional who promptly responds to questions and is a great communicator. I have no reservations recommending her to friends or business associates on any real estate transactions.

Chet did a great job refereeing a purchase resulting in a win-win for all involved. He was very good at keeping all parties up to speed in real time including title company and multiple insurance agents and meeting with home inspector and appraiser.
I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying or selling.
