Well it goes like this I was trying to sell my home by owner and Dawn pulled up to the home as my wife and I were outside doing some yard work. I thought I had my first person Interested in the home. But i was wrong to find out She was a real estate person but very nicely just asked some simple questions and then Offer to run some numbers and comps which was very awesome, She called me the next day came by gave me my information I waited a week and gave her a call. Dawn was amazing person to work with she kept me in the loop each step of the way she did an open house that weekend and the weather wasn't so good so did another on the next following weekend and that's all she wrote, she found the buyer and also got their business on selling their home.
