We recently had a one day seminar with Rapunzel Martinez and staff. It was really great. It was inspiriing and fun! I feel excited and renewed and ready to take on new tasks! They all spoke and we did fun games and they made it really interesting and educational! Thank you Rapunzel and Team!!

The seminar was enlightening! Love that there is a way to improve our Work Health. I'm still in need of more training for the Checklist/InHere/Milestones. I believe our company as a whole wants to all be on the same page. Some have more time than others to do the training.

Favorite line, "High Level Security = High Level Customer Service". I was already leaning toward the use of the inHere portal and after the presentation, I'm fully onboard. Felt that I needed more direction with the use of tasking and how to maximize efficiency. Molly's 1 on 1 helped yet would be nice to have some more direction.

Molly hosted an Outlook class today and it was AMAZING! I learned so much in just 30 minutes - I'll be in touch with her often. I had no idea Outlook could support my workflow in the ways she demonstrated today. I love that she's willing to share the small tips that help make our systems relatable to my desk.

Rapunzel is always ready to jump in and help solve any issues our escrow teams might be having. She is able to teach content in a clear, concise manner while holding your attention because of her engagement with the audience. Her main objective seems to be to make our jobs easier and she is doing a fantastic job at just that! She is always quick to respond to questions and concerns with answers and resolutions. I can't wait to see what Rapunzel and the Escrow Connect team do next as I'm certain my operation will benefit!

Rapunzel is amazing at what she does and has helped our operation accomplish, understand and implement tasking. She is a walking example of how it works which makes it so relatable for our team. She is an amazing coach, super successful Escrow Officer and Branch Manager and when she spoke and shared how and why it resignated. While we are still a work in progress, we wouldn't be where we are without Rapunzel. She is phenomenal!

Erin Goodman was an excellent coach, teacher, mentor and guidance instructor. The confidence she has instilled in me and in my abilities is unmeasurable. I absolutely loved Erin. She was such a good teacher and explained things in a way that I could understand. She was always happy, cheerful, and positive and helped me look at situations from a different perspective. I definitely learned a lot and would recommend her classes.

Molly Bell was our 1-on-1 trainer for the tasking.
Watching her at my desk in my own space. in my systems etc. was priceless.
I was able to watch her work like I would normally and when she was showing us the tips and tricks she was detailed, fast, clear and efficient. I am sure I would eventually be able to reap the benefits of the training if it was from afar but I feel this in person training made it much quicker….like light speed…. a game changer for sure.
She brought to my attention how outdated my templates were and a couple of other things that were “ah ha” moments.
I did feel rushed, I think we could have benefited from having more time with her.
She did say that this relationship was forever and not for now and that we could reach out to her for anything and she will help us.
I really enjoyed her energy and her representation of our company and our tools.

Erin was very detailed in her instruction of all of the classes/trainings that I attended. She was very good at making sure all questions were answered. I appreciated her keeping the time at the hour allotted for the training as in Escrow every minute counts.
