The saying goes “It comes in threes.” Well, for us, this was certainly true. We had a plumbing issue, a foundation issue, and a garage door malfunction happen all at once! We had worked with Flossy before on a separate matter, and knew shew was the right person to call when it felt like our house was falling apart (she even answered the phone on a Friday night of a holiday weekend at 7:30 p.m.)! Thankfully, Flossy was able to help us think through our situations and get the correct service teams to our property. When you work with Flossy, you get professionalism, resourcefulness, and quality all in one. She truly is a shining star! Thank you for your great work!

Flossy Horck is a very attentive, dedicated Sales Executive. She recently helped us with an A/C unit leak, which happened on a Saturday. She was able to coordinate with Customer Service to get a technician to come out on short notice, and she gave regular updates throughout the process. I was grateful for her help and her ability to explain the process in a clear manner. I feel I can come to Ms. Horck with my questions and concerns.

Flossy is amazing!!! When my husband died I knew that I needed to get a home warranty for my aging appliances. I called Flossy and she made it so easy to sign up and I recently had to call Fidelity National Home Warranty as my dishwasher decided to stay on all night. Fidelity National Home Warranty was so easy to deal with. I had a brand new dishwasher in a matter of days after the repairman came out and looked at it. I was able to see my new dishwasher on line and it was perfect!! I am very happy with Flossy, Fidelity and my new dishwasher!!!

Doing business with Fidelity National Home Warranty and Flossy is as easy and convenient as 1-2-3. As a property manager, my time is divided between tenants, properties and homeowners. When a repair situation comes up, all I literally have to do is call the Service Department at Fidelity and open a Work Order. It's that easy and it's handled. Fidelity has licensed and accredited contractors and technicians that reach out quickly to schedule and handle repair issues. I had a plumbing issue in which my sink was backing up due to the garbage disposal breaking.
Flossy vanderhorck was able to help me with my service order to have someone come out to my home and fix the issue. Not only was flossy extremely helpful, not even 20 minutes after my order was requested I received a call from Shell Back Plumbing.
They came to my home within 30 minutes of my request and the 2 gentlemen were not only professional but had great attitudes.
They will always be highly recommended and due to flossy's wonderful service , I renewed my policy on the spot.

Flossy is amazing! My AC unit went out during a heat wave and I received excellent service from the time I set up the claim to the completion. Flossy made the process very easy and worry free. I would recommend her all day long!

Flossy is wonderful! My AC condenser unit would not power on beginning on the hottest day of summer so far. Bad timing!

I put in a service request and the company that came out information me that in order to repair the AC unit, they would have to open up my drywall just to replace one wire that they deemed bad.

I determined that opening up the drywall was not OK for the age of the unit and decided that I may just have to but a new unit entirely. Instead of having me do so, Flossy went out of her way and requested a second opinion for me through a different AC company, who came out and solved the problem I was having in 5 minutes - without breaking open my drywall!

I cannot thank Flossy enough for going the extra step and working hard so that I did not have to replace the AC unit myself. It is now functioning properly - just in time for summer! I couldn't be more pleased!

I was truly amazed at the service I received when my water heater suddenly started leaking. It was 6pm on a Saturday evening on a holiday weekend. Fidelity had someone replace the water heater first thing Sunday morning. Flossy followed up on Sunday to be sure everything went well. We highly recommend Flossy when someone asks about a home warranty.
