Stefani recently assisted me to get new contracts for new constructions properties. Stefani was super helpful to explain the situation and worked internally with Fidelity team to get an approval to get these contracts ordered with an exception.

I'm Fidelity customer for more than 10 yrs and Fidelity warranty has been very instrumental is managing my rentals and will continue to use Fidelity. Few times, had challenges with warranty requests but the ability to manage contracts online and open requests online has been super useful to save time and will continue to rely on Fidelity for warranty coverages.
