Caroline Daly

Caroline Daly grew up in the New England area and move to Texas in 2005. After spending many years working in the mortgage industry, she transitioned in the Home Warranty field in 2009. Caroline feels that the most important thing about a home warranty company is knowing who your representative is. She loves explaining to realtors how Fidelity National Home Warranty‘s products and programs benefit the homeowner. She also enjoys being an advocate for the clients who may need assistance in determining how to use their home warranty or who may have questions during the claims process. Caroline feels her most important strength is her ability to look at challenging issues as opportunities to provide excellent customer service. In 2013, Caroline received San Antonio Board of Realtors Affiliate of the Year award. In 2012, Caroline received Keller Williams’ Affliate of the Year award. She currently serves on the San Antonio Board of Realtors Affiliate committee, Realtor Image Committee and Realtor Builder Committee.
