After High School, I immediately joined the workforce and pursued a career as a loan processor. When the market took a crash in 2005, I thought my love for this industry did as well. I was a wholesale customer service manager and team manager for the years that followed. I found my calling for escrow from a real estate agent. They introduced me to escrow about a year and half ago and I can honestly say I have found my calling.

My goal is to exceed your expectations and do whatever I can to make every escrow I handle as stress-free as possible. I love working with customers.

This was my first ever Real Estate Transaction and I was quite nervous. Crystal Brodie is AMAZING at what she does. The term multi-task was invented with her in mind, her ability to prioritize competing deadlines and multiple files simultaneously and to do it in way that truly appears effortlessly is astonishing. Crystal went well above and beyond to make sure our transaction closed. We had difficulty with the lender and Crystal located and contacted the processor to give up to the date information so that the Seller did not act on their right to cancel while we worked through the lender difficulties.
