Starting in "the business" in 1999 as an investor and coming to the Title side almost 9 years ago, I have seen many changes in how my clients Market themselves and their properties. It has been an interesting evolution. Every day presents its challenges but the best part is working for the Number ONE Title Company in the City, State and Nation with all of its many resources to make my clients more successful. Plus I get to bring in that Albuquerque flavor of doing real estate that makes us so unique.

Bruce Chavez goes above and beyond the call of duty. In a recent example, one of my Buyers has a young daughter who gets the biggest kick out of the wind dancers around town. Bruce arranged to meet me and deliver the Fidelity National Title wind dancer on a Thursday evening, so I could have it running in the front yard after we closed at Fidelity National Title and the Buyers arrived at their new home. The little girl, her parents and grandparents were delighted!
