Margie Allen and Kristen Borrego handled a very challenging set of sellers with grace and professionalism. There we're three sellers on two different sides of the country; an estranged daughter, her mom and dad: One of the sellers owns a real estate firm in CA, was undecided whether she would do a 1031 exchange--which she did decide to do, but was slow returning the paperwork. I'm not sure any other escrow team could've handled as well the challenge this transaction presented, but Margie and Kristen did it, and were unflappable in the process.

I have used Fidelity Title in Bellevue, as well as their Everett facility, for over 12 years. There have been many weird transations with very old liens discovered, settled by Fidelity within a week, Power of Attorney issues over 2 states, two countries, which were resolved in under a week, clients using nicknames on everything instread of given name on title, drivers license, etc. all settled in just a few days. This office in Bellevue is absolutely amazing
