Kevleen was wonderful to work with, she answers the phone! This is rare these days with most Escrow officers.
We had a hiccup with the Lender getting loan docs to Escrow, had to extend a day, Lender was not very responsive giving us status updates and at the 12the hour the lender and Pennymac questioned the 41C that was in the PSA??? Kevleen handled it graciously as I was about to loose my mind with this Lender...Kevleen hustled to get our transaction closed, was professional and a delight to work with:)
