Suzyn Kasala is my go-to Escrow Officer. She and her Team Kasala Partners, Brianna and Kristy, are professional and responsive. Which I expect. But where they ?wow? me is their sense of urgency and willingness to see that many transactions (if not most) are unique. And they change and flow. Sellers and Buyers all come with their own individual perception of the process and Team Kasala meets them where they are at. Some need more phone calls and explanation. Some are quite savvy and need little direction. This unique and fast moving market has required all of us to do a better job of listening, and managing our clients? expectations. Team Kasala does a great job of that.
