I started in the industry in the Title Plant of all places back in 1997 and was able to learn and excel in multiple areas of Title, such as examining, searching, and nationwide recording. It wasn't until I added mobile notary to my resume, and sitting with the buyers and sellers at signings, that I started learning what the escrow process truly was about. After becoming my offices' most sought after notary for office and after hours signings, I was promoted to escrow assistant and from there continued to learn and excel, which I continue to do to this day. My areas of expertise are Traditional Sales, Manufactured Home / Mobile Home Sales, REO, Short Sale, Commercial and of course, Refinance. Over my career I have been privileged to be a part of thousands of real estate closings, and I enjoy being a part of my realtors successful team. My pro-active approach, intermingled with personal contact with buyers/sellers and borrowers enables me to have the escrow portion of files ready ahead of schedule and with a more personal touch.

Clarise did a very wonderful job for me. I am an administrator of my niece’s estate which is in California.
