Fidelity National Title is proud to announce that Kelly Lisa has joined the team in Brentwood as a Senior Escrow Officer. During her first few years in the industry Kelly realized her true calling was to become an Escrow Officer and she has held that position since 1997. No matter how complex the transaction, Kelly is ready to face the challenge. She holds the designation as Senior Escrow Officer and is well versed in residential resale, refinance, and short sale transactions.
Her years of experience are extremely relevant in today’s competitive market and her proactive communication skills have been key attributes to the development of her outstanding reputation in the industry. When not closing escrow transactions, Kelly loves spending her time with friends and family.

Kelly Lisa had to go the extra mile on this escrow transaction as the clients had their proceeds in an investment trust and the Trust had just changed hands from one to another Trust name which made Kelly have to use her experience and knowledge to be sure it all came to a successful closing.
