I was so appreciative of Peggy's promptness and way she handled the escrow closing. She understood that need to close quickly due to the state the nation is currently in. She was available by phone to answer many questions that the notary and I had. Acting as POA for my father was scary however Jill Jackson and Peggy made it very comforting and easy. Escrow closed in 2 weeks even though it was a little complicated due to our unique situation. Thank you so much to Peggy and Jill !!!
