I worked with Claudia on a purchase transaction that was supposed to be very quick and simple. Due to the Covid-19 situation, the transaction became complicated not fault of anyone but the situation. Claudia was very patient and understanding. She communicated with the buyer, tried to calm him down and explained the process. She also communicated with the lender to make sure we get the funds. She was a great help in a very stressful situation. Once funded, she recorded as soon as she could and made everyone so happy.

Recently she helped me close a file right as the COVID-19 shelter in place orders were disrupting city services and did a great job helping us navigate the impact of the recorders office shutting down.
