Mary Kappler is an outstanding Escrow Agent! Throughout the entire process she stayed one step ahead and kept us informed of what was coming up and what forms we needed to have completed ahead of time. Even the traveling Notary was impressed, saying she rarely sees an Escrow Agent who is so efficient.
